These are groups of 8-10 pastors and staff members who meet every 6- 8 weeks. They meet to discuss an agreed upon topic for about an hour and a half. It is a very positive way to mentor and coach one another. However, it may be even more beneficial for encouragement and accountability.
We have two excellent pastor/leaders who are both excited about guiding these groups. Pastor Brent Prentice of Eagle Heights will lead one group in the Stillwater area.
