When COVID-19 comes to your church
We are thankful for the resources and suggestions provided to pastors and churches related to steps that need to be taken to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. What we have not seen or heard much discussion about is suggestions for when someone in the church family tests positive. The sad reality is that we need to be prepared for what we hope and pray does not occur. We think there are multiple levels of response:
World Health Organization
The WHO works worldwide to promote health, keep the world safe, and serve the vulnerable. They are the most prominent international authority on the COVID-19 outbreak.
Center for Disease Control and Prevention
The CDC is the primary authority in the US for information regarding the COVID-19 outbreak.
Oklahoma State Department of Health
The Oklahoma State Department of Health Website is updated with current information regarding COVID-19 in Oklahoma.
